Booking

Booking:

• Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance – we’re unable to take same-day bookings.
• Prefer to wing it? We always keep tables for walk-ins, but the earlier you arrive the better.
• For groups of 12+ please fill in our Contact Us form and we’ll be in touch.
• Sheffield United match days (Bramall Lane):
• No bookings – walk-ins only.
• Reduced food menu before kick-off.
• It gets very busy… so get down early.

Quiz Night:

• Every Tuesday starting at 8pm (unless stated otherwise on social media).
• This is a walk-in only quiz, we do not take bookings. We understand this can be frustrating and we’re really sorry for any inconvenience. Unfortunately, this is the fairest way for us to avoid no-shows on the day which has previously limited space for walk ins. We’re working hard to increase table capacity for the quiz for both inside and outside, so you should be absolutely fine for a walk in if you get down early.
• Yep, that means you can play the quiz outside in our beer garden too!
• Free entry.
• Speed quizzing.
• Gift card prizes: £30 1st place, £15 2nd place (and if we have to miss a quiz for whatever reason, we will rollover the prizes to the following week).

Match Days:

• Early kick-off? We’ll open 2 hours before the game starts. But check our socials for updates.
• Twisted Burger offers a reduced pre-match menu (including bacon butties and pies!!) – don’t worry, you will be fed.

Families and Access:

• Families welcome.
• Under 18s welcome until our 9pm curfew.
• No highchairs or kid’s menus – just a heads up!
• We operate Challenge 25, so bring ID if needed.
• Dog-friendly (the more the merrier!) so please feel free to bring your four-legged pals along. Water bowls available at the bar.
• Both our taproom and beer garden are accessible.
• We have a disabled toilet on-site with baby change. Ask the bar team for access.

Good to Know:

• Card-only business – we do not accept cash.
• Our phonelines are handled by our office team Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm.
• If you’re collecting an online delivery, please look for a separate email detailing your collection confirmation. Orders placed on Friday will not be ready for collection until the following Monday. We require 24 hours to complete your order.
