DELIVERY
We ship all online orders via DPD.
All orders are fully tracked. You’ll receive shipping details directly from the courier, where can manage your delivery preferences and track your order.
We aim to pack and dispatch your order on the next working day.
Most orders will arrive the next working day. Please note this may take longer for orders placed over a weekend or to more remote locations, and we don’t deliver on weekends.
RETURNS:
Damaged items
If your order arrives damaged or there’s a fault with any product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos showing any damages. We will arrange a replacement or refund. Please send this information to sales@triplepoint.beer
Missing items
If you’re missing any items from your order, please contact sales@triplepoint.beer within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and missing item details and we’ll resolve this as quickly as possible.
Good to knows
Given the nature of products, ID may be required upon delivery. Please be mindful of this if you will not be around to accept the delivery.
We currently ship across mainland UK and are unable to ship overseas at this time.
Once your order has been dispatched, it’s at the responsibility of the courier and we’re unable to cancel it. If you need to check the status of your delivery, please use the tracking number provided by DPD, or contact them directly in first instance.
Refunds
If your order is missing items or arrives damaged and you would prefer a refund rather than a replacement, we’re happy to arrange this. Please note that refunds can take up to 3 working days to be processed.
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns of unwanted or unused beer and therefore cannot offer refunds in these cases.
