What We’re Brewing
Lagers and hoppy pales were where we started. We still brew lots of them. But we also really enjoy variety and experimenting and going wherever our interests and our customers take us. So, whether its bitter, dark, sour, cask, keg, barrel-aged, or something else, if we think we can brew it well and that we’ll be able to find enough people who will give it a try, then it’s bound to turn up eventually!
Beer for All
Our goal is for everyone, beer aficionado or not, to find something in our range they enjoy. But our greatest pleasure is seeing someone try a beer style new to them and then come back for another pint.
Gluten Free Beer (and Vegan)
Naturally, we want everyone to be able to join us on this journey, including those looking for gluten free or vegan options. And we’ve found that with a bit of effort it’s possible to brew beer they can enjoy, with absolutely no compromise to the flavour and quality of the beer. So naturally, we make that effort.
Fresh Beer
We love fresh beer. As fresh and as full of flavour as possible. Unfiltered. Unpasteurised. You just can’t beat it. So, of course we always do our utmost to get beer to you super fresh. However, the ultimate is if you can make to our brewery tap, where some of the beers are even served direct from the tank. As fresh as it gets!
